WEDDING DEPOSITS

All wedding bookings require a booking fee of £50 to hold the date - this is deducted from the wedding day balance. 

In the event of cancellation, these deposits and payments are non-refundable. 

Cancellation fees:  If either the full booking or part of the booking cancels 

within 28 days of the wedding date 50% of the full amount is due 
within 10 days of the wedding date 100% of the full amount is due

The balance is to be paid on or before your wedding day before any services are carried out.  


OTHER DEPOSITS

Deposits are also required for all other services - usually £10 per person. 

For some key dates (eg. Ladies Day, Plate Day, New Years Eve, Halloween) full payment must be made a week in advance, this also applies to larger bookings which require more than one DivaDust team member. 

In the event of cancellations, these deposits and payments are non-refundable. 
 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking must be paid for in full. 


TRAVEL COSTS

All prices are inclusive of travel up to 10 miles radius from the NE27 postcode area. 

 Travel outside of this distance will be charged for and parking and Tyne Tunnel costs may also apply.


UNSOCIAL HOURS PREMIUM

I reserve the right to add an additional charge of £50 for any service that begins before 6am or ends after 11pm
(this may also include travel time) as well as some of the main Bank Holidays (eg. Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, New Years Day)


ILLNESS, INCIDENT OR ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS

In the unlikely event that I am not able to attend on the date of your booking I will endeavour to the best of my ability to find a replacement makeup artist of equal standard and if this is not possible will refund 100% of any deposits/fees already paid.
